Boutiques Choice is wholly dedicated to its commitment of delivering your order in a quality packaging within given time frame.

Orders-
☑  Orders placed will be dispatched within three working days or as per the customer's demand on request.
☑  To ensure a quality service of your order on your doorstep with a  lesser time span, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. Orders are delivered within 8-10 working days.
☑  Delivery of orders will be duly done on the address mentioned at the time of placing order
☑  We have tried our level best to show the product with the best clarity we could, but however sometimes colour of products shown may possibly get slightly differed from actual shades, because of the light differences on the screen of your devices. Boutiques Choice will not be held responsible for such slighter changes.
☑  Free delivery of the order over (₹). Orders of amount below it will be charged (₹).

Payment Invoice will be sent to our customer on their provided contact number or Email address.

Cancellation-
☑  Order once placed can be cancelled on the same date of order being placed within the working  hours (11am to 7pm)
☑  Orders cannot be cancelled before the delivery of the courier package.
☑  Refund of paid cancelled orders will be done within four working days after processing the cancellation request.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds-
☑  New, Unused and unsealed items of orders are only acceptable within five days of the purchase, for a full refund.
☑  The items should be returned within the original packaging and there should be no marks, scratches blemishes, and any signs of being used in any way or tampered.
☑  For placing a return request, contact customer care, we are happy to assist you on any of your queries related to the order or any of our products.
☑  Customers have to bear the return courier charges.
☑  Refund will be processed within 1-2 days of your items being returned. It can take 2-4 working business days of bank to process the transaction.
☑  If you think, you have received the product in a tampered condition, before the delivery, do not accept the package and return it to the courier service provider then and there, and let the customer care (cc details) know about it, and mention your order ID. We will personally make sure that a brand new replacement is issued with no additional surcharges. Make sure to return it with its tags, bills and packing as it is to the courier deliverer.
☑  However, Replacement is not acceptable for some of the products, so kindly contact customer care for further assistance.
☑  If the product persist a manufacturing error, product will be replaced, and if you claim for the  money back instead of replacement in such case only, Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received within ten working business days.
